The challenge
A large company moved over 500 internal documents a day between more than 20 departments and several sites — things went missing, ran late, and were hard to trace.
What GIPSIC did
A document tracking platform on QR codes, with a web app for the couriers and for branch staff. Senders and recipients can generate cover sheets on paper or paperless, and confirm status in realtime.

Losses fell to near zero, tracing a document went from hours to under five minutes, and handovers between departments became transparent.
