Workspace Booking
Fully self-service booking, admin load removed, new branches added without dev work.
The challenge
A major retail group running co-working spaces across several branches needed web and mobile booking for rooms and desks, multi-channel online payment, automatic e-Tax invoicing, and a back office to manage space in realtime.
What GIPSIC did
A web application with flexible booking across space types, times and add-ons, a payment gateway wired to an e-Tax provider, and an admin dashboard for branch management, daily revenue and accounting exports.
The outcome
Booking became fully self-service, admin workload dropped, new branches onboard immediately, and dynamic promotions can be run to lift occupancy.
